1 crore SIM users left Dhaka in 5 days; still most of the roads in Dhaka are empty
Dhaka, July 3: From June 27 to July 1, in these five days, 99 lakh 47 thousand 726 SIM users left Dhaka. On the contrary, 32 lakh 82 thousand 152 people entered Dhaka during this period. Meanwhile, after the five-day holiday of Eid-ul-Azha, government and private offices opened on Sunday, but most of the streets of the capital remained empty.
More than 1 crore people left Dhaka for Eid holidays
Dhaka, April 24: One crore 1 lakh 59 thousand 786 sim card users left Dhaka in five days during the Eid-ul-Fitr holiday. At the same time, 27 lakh 90 thousand 791 sim card users came to Dhaka. Post and Telecommunication Minister Mustafa Jabbar shared this information on his Facebook page on Sunday.
Offices reopen after Eid holiday
Dhaka, April 24: Government offices, courts, banks and financial institutions reopened on today (Monday) after the five-day holiday of Eid. The offices will run on the previous schedule of Ramadan, i.e., from 9 am to 4 pm.

This decision was taken at the meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee on Friday evening at the meeting room of the Islamic Foundation in Baitul Mukarram of the capital. Eid: 90,000 expatriates come to country in 15 days
Dhaka, April 20: Eid-ul-Fitr is the biggest religious festival of Muslims. Eid will be celebrated in Bangladesh on April 22 or 23 depending on the sighting of the moon. Expatriates are coming to the country to celebrate Eid with their families. According to the information of the Wage Earners Welfare Board, about 90,000 expatriates have come to the country in the last 15 days to celebrate Eid with their families.
Lighter-matches cannot be carried in Eid congregation

Dhaka, April 20: RAB Support Centers will be set up at bus terminals, railway stations, launch terminals, ferry wharves and important public gathering places on behalf of every battalion of the country to provide services to the people at home. The activities of these support centers will continue until two days before Eid and the day after Eid. Medical teams, iftar and clean water supply have been kept in the centers to provide emergency medical services.

The pressure of people facing home has increased on various highways. In Narayanganj section of Dhaka and Chittagong highway, the pressure of home-bound people has also increased. Along with that, the traffic pressure has also increased. However, there is no severe traffic jam anywhere on the highway.
