Dhaka, September 20: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed the diplomats of the foreign missions about the situation arising in Bangladesh due to the ongoing shootings in Myanmar's Rakhine State and Dhaka's position on this issue. Diplomats have promised to report the matter to their respective governments. Diplomats of most countries attended the briefing organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but there was no representative of China.
Rohingya youth killed at Tambru border by mortar shells shot from Myanmar
Own Correspondent, Dhaka, Sept 17: Four mortar shells fired by the Myanmar Army landed at Tambru Konarpara border in Naikshyongchari of Bandarban. A young man in the Rohingya camp on the zero line was killed, while six others, including a Rohingya child, were injured.

Bullets fired from Myanmar have already landed inside Bangladesh several times. In this incident, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said, "We informed Myanmar first. If it happens again, the matter will be reported in international forum."

Dhaka, September 3: Two shells fired from Myanmar warplanes fell inside Bangladesh border. The incident took place on Saturday (September 3) at 9:30 am in the area between border pillars 40-41 under the jurisdiction of Reju Amtali BGB BOP of Ward No. 8 of Ghumdhum Union of Naikxyongchari Upazila of Bandarban.
