Own Correspondent, Dhaka, 12 March 2024: The Appellate Division has stayed the High Court's order suspending the decision to keep primary and secondary schools open during the month of Ramadan. As a result of this order, there is no obstacle to keep primary and secondary schools open during Ramadan, lawyers said. The Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan gave this order on Tuesday.

Dhaka witnesses massive traffic jams on the first day of fasting

CNG stations to remain closed for five hours during Ramadan

Own Correspondent, Dhaka, 12 March 2024: CNG stations will be closed for 5 hours from 5 pm to 10 pm in the month of Ramzan till April 6. However, CNG stations will be open round the clock from April 7 to 18 during Eid. The Energy and Mineral Resources Department gave this instruction on Tuesday.
