Jute mills will be profitable only if modernised: Report
Dhaka, December 21: An organisation called 'Sarvajan Kotha' has said that it is possible to make the loss-making jute mills profitable only by taking steps to modernise the machinery.
Bangladesh may witness development with the opening of shut down jute mills
The policy-making committee is going to report on the reopening of closed jute mills, not specifying any one, but with the opportunity to invest in other methods including public-private partnership (PPP), government-to-government (GTG), lease.
