Perspectives on Indian lines of credit to Bangladesh

Dhaka, March 2: In recent years, the volume and diversity of Indian development cooperation has grown exponentially. India’s development cooperation with fellow developing countries of the South has come a long way. Capacity building is still the key focus of Indian development cooperation, but of late, extension of LoCs on concessional terms through the EXIM Bank has become one of the main instruments of India’s development assistance to least developed and developing countries.
