Dhaka, November 20: The adjudicatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee has found Yves Jean-Bart, the President of the Haitian Football Association (FHF) and former FIFA standing committee member, guilty of having abused his position and sexually harassed and abused various female players, including minors, in violation of the FIFA Code of Ethics, an official press release said.

Zurich, October 17: The investigatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee has concluded its investigation proceedings against Yves Jean-Bart, President of the Haitian Football Association, and submitted its final report together with the investigation files to the adjudicatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee, said an official FIFA release.
