Own Correspondent, Kolkata, July 13: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) of India has filed a 100-page chargesheet against six people, including Prashanta Kumar (PK) Halder, one of the accused in a multi-crore fraud case arrested in West Bengal.
Own Correspondent, Kolkata, June 8: PK Halder, who was arrested in India on charges of smuggling several thousand crores of Bangladeshi rupees, was produced in court after 11 days and he was remanded to jail custody for another 14 days.
Kolkata, May 28: Six people, including Prashant Kumar Halder (PK Halder), a former MD of NRB Global Bank and Reliance Finance Limited and a fugitive accused, were produced in the Bankshall Court in Kolkata on Friday. The court sent them to jail custody till June 7.
