Own Correspondent, Dhaka, March 15: Passengers returning from India will no longer need a negative Covid-19 certificate if they have taken two doses of the Corona vaccine approved by the Bangladesh government or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Company's vaccine. However, the passengers must have a vaccination certificate with QR code.
Bangladeshis can now travel to Dubai without Covid test
Dhaka, March 7: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) has lifted the requirement of RT PCR test for corona detection for Bangladeshi passengers due to declining transmission of Omicron. However, only passengers who have received the full dose of the anti-coronavirus vaccine will get this opportunity.
Maldives to allow tourists without Covid certificate
Dhaka, March 5: Maldives has relaxed travel restrictions for travelers from all over the world, including Bangladesh. The Maldives Tourism Ministry has lifted the coronavirus test requirement for those interested in visiting the country. The new directive will take effect on Saturday (March 5).
UAE allows direct travel for Bangladeshi passengers
Dhaka, September 30: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has agreed to allow passengers on direct flights from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for coronavirus testing has also been adopted in the RT-PCR laboratories of the six institutes set up at the airport. As a result, from now on, expatriate workers and UAE-bound passengers will be able to go directly after getting their coronavirus samples checked before departure as per the instructions.
