Dhaka, March 4: The three-day long 11th Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF) has started at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the capital. Various travel agencies have brought great packages for travelling to India in this international tourism fair till March 4.

Many travel companies have taken stalls at the Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in Agargaon on Friday and put up various packages for visiting India.

Zaheer Ahmed Helal, an official of an organization called RMK Holidays, said at the fair that we have several cost-effective packages for traveling to India. Many visitors to the fair are interested in various packages for traveling to India. Among them, the price of six days five nights Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Ajmeri package is Tk 45,500. This will include Dhaka-Delhi-Dhaka return air ticket and 3 star hotel accommodation with breakfast dinner.

It is known about traveling to India by visiting the fair, Sikkim by road four nights five days package price is Tk 25,500. The package includes Dhaka-Siliguri return AC bus ticket with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Darjeeling-Kalimpong-Mirik 3 nights 4 days at Tk 18,500 per person.

Meanwhile, Sri Lankan Airlines has offered 15 percent discount on tickets to Sri Lanka and Maldives through booking at this tourism fair.

The offer was informed by the organization during a conversation at the SriLankan Airlines stall at the Travel and Tourism Fair. Sri Lankan Airlines Executive (Reservation and Ticketing) Sagar Hossain said, on the occasion of the fair, we are giving 15 percent discount on tickets. Dhaka-Colombo-Dhaka ticket price is 509 US dollars. If you book a ticket during the fair, you will get 15 percent discount. However, this journey should be done between March 6 and April 5.
