Dhaka, March 25: Fighting, killing, abduction, rape and other criminal activities are being organized in the Rohingya camps at Ukhia-Teknaf in Cox's Bazar. There are even fires in the camp. And a section of Rohingyas claim that these activities are being done intentionally. They say this is being done to prevent them from returning to their homeland Myanmar.

If there is any malice behind the fire, action will be taken against them: Home Minister

Dhaka, March 25: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said that legal action will be taken against anyone found guilty in the Rohingya camp fire. The Home Minister made the remarks while inspecting a Rohingya camp in Balukhali, Ukhia, Cox's Bazar on Wednesday.

Rohingya camp fire: Death toll rises to 11, at least 400 missing

Dhaka, March 24: The death toll from a fire at a Rohingya camp in Balukhali, Ukhia, Cox's Bazar, has risen to 11. There are reports of more deaths. However, it is not being calculated as it is not sure. Disaster and Relief Ministry Secretary Mohammad Mohsin made the remarks at a press briefing at the Cox's Bazar Relief and Refugee Repatriation Officer's Office at 5:30 pm on Tuesday (March 23). 

Rohingya camp fire: Death toll rises to seven

Dhaka, March 23: More than 10,000 houses have been set ablaze in the Rohingya camp at Balukhali in Ukhia upazila of Cox's Bazar. 40,000 Rohingya members have been displaced by the fire. In addition, seven Rohingya members, including two children, have been burnt to death so far. Cox's Bazar Fire Service official Shahadat Hossain confirmed the information.

Dhaka, March 23: At least two children have died after a massive fire gutted a Rohingya refugee camp in Balukhali Palangkhali union of Cox's Bazar's Ukhiya upazila on Monday.
