BFIU seeks bank account details of 46 Hefazat leaders

Dhaka, June 9: Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) is looking for Hefazat-e-Islam financiers. Recently, the financial intelligence agency has written to the banks asking for information about the bank accounts of 46 leaders and workers of the organization. In the letter, the leaders of Hefazat-e-Islam have been asked to send all the information of the account opened along with the relevant documents, account opening form, KYC, TP, transaction details from the beginning, etc.
