Bangladeshi travellers barred from travelling to Israel

Dhaka, May 24: Regarding the omission of the 'except Israel' part from the 'valid in all countries of the world except Israel' section of the Bangladeshi passport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the change has been made in that part to maintain the 'international standard' of the Bangladeshi e-passport. The ban on Bangladeshi passport holders traveling to Israel remains unchanged. This information was given in a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday (May 23).
