Eid: Advance sale of train tickets to start from March 24
Own Correspondent, Dhaka, 14 March 2024: Bangladesh Railways will start selling advance train tickets on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr from 24th March and will continue till 30th March. And the sale of return tickets will start on April 3 and continue until April 9.

নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি, ঢাকা, ১৪ আগস্ট ২০২০ : কোনো ব্যক্তি ট্রেনে ভ্রমণের নিজ টিকিট, রিটার্ন টিকিট অথবা নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদি টিকিট কারো কাছে হস্তান্তর বা বিক্রি করলে তিনি তিন মাস পর্যন্ত কারাদণ্ড বা অর্থদণ্ড অথবা উভয় দণ্ডে দণ্ডিত হবেন। পাশাপাশি এ ধরনের টিকিটের ক্রেতাকে একবার একক ভ্রমণের সমান অতিরিক্ত ভাড়ার জন্য দণ্ডিত করা হবে। এমন সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রেলপথ মন্ত্রণালয়।
