Bangladesh to get country's first waste power plant in Dhaka
Dhaka, November 13: For the first time in the country, the government has approved the setting up of a center for power generation from waste. The construction work will be carried out by China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) at Amin Bazar area of Dhaka North City Corporation. The construction of the 42.5 MW power plant will cost Tk 15,325.43 crore.
