'Extra charge' for driving in Dhaka's elite areas
Dhaka, September 26: People will now have to pay an 'extra charge' if they want to drive in elite areas of the capital. Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) mayor Atiqul Islam made the remarks at a march in the capital's Khilgaon on Saturday (September 25). The march was organized by the Dhaka Transport Coordinating Authority on the occasion of World Private Car Free Day.
