Own Correspondent, Dhaka, April 13: Minister of State for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid has laid the foundation stone for a Government of India-funded high-tech park at the Keraniganj Jhilmil project on the other side of the Buriganga. Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Vikram Kumar Doraiswami was present there.
