Own Correspondent, Dhaka, March 20, 2024: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has applied to the High Court to increase the sentence of 13 associates of former Managing Director of Global Islami (formerly NRB Global) Bank Prashant Kumar (PK) Halder.

Some of the offenses under the proposed law will also be tried in mobile courts.
