Airport, railway, MRT and BRT stations will be united under the underpass
Dhaka, June 20: The one kilometer underpass will house the airport terminal, airport railway station, MRT station and BRT station. A project related to this has been taken up for approval at the National Economic Council Executive Committee (ECNEC) meeting on Tuesday (June 20). After approval, the project will be implemented by the Directorate of Roads and Public Ways.

নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি, ঢাকা, ২৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২০ : রেলমন্ত্রী নূরুল ইসলাম সুজন বলেছেন, রেলক্রসিংগুলোর জন্য নিরবচ্ছিন্ন রেল যোগাযোগ বিঘ্নিত হয়। যার জন্য ‘আন্ডার পাসিং বা ওভার পাসিং’ সিস্টেম গড়ে তুলে রেলক্রসিং তুলে দেয়ার নীতি গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। সেই মোতাবেক কার্যক্রম এগিয়ে চলেছে। যাতে কোনো জায়গায় রেলক্রসিং না থাকে।

নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি, ঢাকা, এপ্রিল ১১ : নওগাঁ শহরে লিটন ব্রিজ সংলগ্ন আন্ডারপাস নির্মাণ কাজ দ্রুত এগিয়ে চলেছে। নওগাঁ সড়ক ও জনপথ বিভাগ ব্রিজের মোড়ে অসহনীয় ট্রাফিক জ্যাম নিরসনে ওষুধপট্টির সাথে সুপারীপট্টি সংযুক্ত করে এ আন্ডারপাসটি নির্মাণের প্রকল্প হাতে নেয়া হয়।
