Zayed Khan general secretary of film artistes' association, says High Court
Dhaka, March 2: The High Court has ruled that the decision of the Appellate Board has been declared invalid by rejecting the candidature of Zayed Khan in a dispute over the post of General Secretary of Bangladesh Film Artistes' Association. As a result, the decision of the commission to appoint Zayed Khan as the general secretary was upheld. Now Zayed Khan is the general secretary of Shilpi Samiti.
Hearing on post of Zayed-Nipun over, order likely tomorrow
Dhaka, March 1: A hearing has been held on the rule of the High Court in the dispute between the actor Zayed Khan and the actress Nipun Akhter over the post of general secretary of the Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC). Following the hearing, the court has fixed Wednesday (March 2) for the order. The virtual hearing was held on Tuesday (March 1) in a bench of Justice Mamnoon Rahman and Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman.
