Electricity prices increased by 8.5 percent in retail and 5 percent in wholesale
Own representative, Dhaka, 1 March 2024: Electricity prices are increasing by 8.50 percent at the retail level and 5.074 percent at the wholesale level. The new prices are effective from Thursday. State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid said that the gazette will be issued on Thursday (February 29) with the increase in prices.
