Approval of one medical college canceled, activities of five others suspended
Dhaka, February 6: Approval of a medical college has been revoked for not conducting quality education programs as per relevant laws and regulations. Five medical colleges have been suspended for the same reason.
Five medical colleges will have burn units, approval of Tk 456 crore
Own representative, Dhaka, December 8: Burn units will be set up in five medical colleges of the country and ancillary facilities and infrastructure will be constructed. Tk 456 crore has been sanctioned for this. Besides this, 10 important projects have been approved. The total cost of the project is 7 thousand 447 crore 7 lakh taka. Of this, government funding is Tk 3,682 crore.
Private medical colleges should have 75 percent permanent teachers: Cabinet
নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি, ঢাকা, ২৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২০ : বেসরকারি মেডিকেল কলেজগুলোতে ৭৫ শতাংশ স্থায়ী শিক্ষক রাখতে হবে। ২৫ শতাংশের বেশি খণ্ডকালীন (পার্টটাইম) শিক্ষক রাখা যাবে না এমন বিধান রেখে ‘বেসরকারি মেডিকেল অ্যান্ড ডেন্টাল কলেজ আইন, ২০২০’ এর খসড়া নীতিগত অনুমোদন দিয়েছে মন্ত্রিসভা।
