Two South Sudan ministers visit Pran-RFL's Industrial Park

Own Correspondent, Dhaka, February 11: A seven-member delegation led by South Sudan's Deputy Minister for Foreign and International Cooperation Deng Dau Deng Malek visited the Pran-RFL Group's industrial park in Narsingdi.

On Thursday, they visited various parts of the Pran-RFL Industrial Park. The delegation included, among others, the country's Deputy Minister of Defense General Chol Thon Balok. At the time, Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman and CEO of Pran-RFL Group, Elias Mridha, Managing Director of Pran Group, RN Pal, Managing Director of RFL Group, and Kamruzzaman Kamal, Director (Marketing) of Pran-RFL Group, spoke on various aspects of their factories.

The delegation praised the Pran-RFL Group for its overall performance in the factory. Deng Dau Deng Malek said there is a good demand for agricultural processed products in South Sudan. In this case, Pran can use that opportunity. The use of constantly new technology by Pran-RFL Group in the production of quality products in the factory is undoubtedly commendable.

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pran-RFL Group, said, "Pran's products are being exported to 47 countries of the African continent and the demand for our products has been steadily increasing there. We hope to do well in exporting goods to South Sudan in the future."

Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Africa) Md. Tariqul Islam, Chief Instructor of the Armed Forces War Course of the National Defense College Brigadier General Md. Shamim Kamal, Narsingdi District Administrator Abu Naim Mohammed Khan, and Pran-RFL Group's senior officials were also present there that time.
