As a result, 6,000 mobile towers went down in 19 districts of the southwestern region of the country. Even after four days of Sitrang rampage, 1,176 mobile towers are still inactive. As a result, the mobile network system in the cyclone-affected areas has not yet returned to normal.

Cyclone Sitrang: 13 ships capsize in Padma river
