Afghanistan: 13 cops killed during clash with militants
Kandahar , Feb 16: At least 13 policemen were killed during a clash with militants in Afghanistan's Kandahar province on Monday, media reports said.
Col. Sultan Mohammad, police commander for Zherri and Panjwai districts told Pajhwok Afghan News that 13 police officers had been killed in the firefight.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
