Srinagar, June 12: The Hurriyat supporters of Jammu and Kashmir have allegedly hoisted flags of Pakistan and dreaded terrorist group IS (Islamic State) in the state on Friday, according to eye witnesses.

While Pakistani flags reappeared in north district of Jammu and Kashmir, the ISIS flags were waved in Srinagar by supporters of separatist leaders.

According to reports, moderate Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s supporters waved Islamic State flags in Srinagar\'s Jama Masjid.

This is probably the first time that separatist supporters have raised Islamic State flags in the state.

Supporters of Hurriyat leader Shabir Ahmad Shah waved Pakistani flags in the Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Despite Centre’s warning against such incidents in the Valley, the separatists continue to dare the government by waving Pakistan flags repeatedly.

Police in the month of April registered an FIR against senior Hurriyat leaders, including Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Masarat Alam Bhat , Bashir Ahmad Bhat alias Peer Saifullah and other leaders, for provocative activities and hoisting Pakistani flag in Hyderpora.

On May 29, supporters of separatist leader Shabir Shah had waved Pakistani flags in Anantnag area of the Valley.
