SSC-HSC 2025's SSC in February, HSC in April
Dhaka, March 6: SSC 2025 and equivalent exams may begin in the first week of February next year. According to this plan, the education boards have instructed the concerned to prepare accordingly. At the same time, the HSC exam will be organized in the beginning of April next year.
This information was given by Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, President of Inter-Education Coordination Board and Chairman of Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board on Tuesday.
Professor Tapan Kumar said, "Before the coronavirus situation, we usually organized the SSC exam in early February. We want to go back to that schedule. If the SSC exam can be completed early, the HSC exam can also be organized in the earlier schedule."
He said that the HSC examination was organized in the month of April. Due to Corona, there has to be a change in the public examination schedule.
"We hope to organize the SSC exam in the first week of February and the HSC exam in the beginning of April next year," he added.
Regarding the syllabus of next year's HSC exam, Professor Tapan Kumar said, "Our plan was to conduct the exam on the full syllabus. However, as it is difficult for the students to complete the syllabus, the examination will be conducted according to the short i.e. 2023 syllabus."
