Bangladesh: Fire destroys 28 shanties
Dhaka: A fire incident gutted 28 shanties at the Bagichartek slum in Bangladesh's Rampura area on Monday, media reports said.
Six units of fire service rushed to the area adjacent to Rampura Mohanagar Project to battle the blaze at 1:30am on Monday, reported bdnews24.
Authorities suspect an electrical short circuit to be the cause of the fire.
The fire was brought under control later.
No casualty was reported.
