A Bangladeshi youth named Perth Chandra Dev has made his name in the Guinness World Records by making a chain with a safety pin. The Guinness Book of World Records has recognized his chain as the largest in the world. The certificate issued by the Guinness Book of World Records recently reached Parthar by post. Perth is the son of late Jagadish Chandra Deb of Fandauk village in Nasirnagar upazila of Brahmanbaria.

According to the investigation, the BSS (degree) final year student of Brahmanbaria Government College studied in Perth as well as collaborated with his brother's business in Fandauk Bazar.

He set out to do something different to spread the name of the country and himself worldwide. That's why Perth applied to Guinness World Records for recognition by creating the world's largest chain. After that, with the permission of the Guinness Book of World Records, he started making chains with safety pins for 45 consecutive days from July 23 last year.

To make the chain, Perth bought two lakh centimeter gold safety pins measuring two centimeters for 13,380 rupees. The length of the chain is 2,401.83 meters. The length of the chain was measured at the Sri Sri Pagal Shankar Temple in the village of Fandauk.

Perth Chandra Dev said that after looking at the Guinness World Records, on April 23, 2016, Hersha Nan and Nava Nan of India jointly set the record for making the longest chain with a safety pin. The length of their chain was one thousand 733.01 meters. To break their record, we plan to make the largest chain with a two-centimeter gold-colored safety pin in store.
