BNP BNP to hold mass rally in Dhaka today
Dhaka, August 11: BNP will hold a mass march in north and south of Dhaka city today (August 11, Friday) demanding the resignation of the government. The party has announced a roadmap for this purpose. Besides, it has been informed which leader will be stationed on which side of the capital on this day. It is known that BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will lead the procession in the north of Dhaka city and Mirza Abbas, a member of the Standing Committee, will lead it in the south.
On Friday (August 11) at 3 pm, the party will hold a mass rally from Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP Badda Subastu Tower to Abul Hotel. Besides, at the same time, Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP will hold a mass procession from Kamalapur Stadium to Malibagh Railway Gate. Meanwhile, BNP has written to the Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) for permission to hold two rallies.
It was informed by BNP that BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will lead the rally in Dhaka Metropolitan North.
It was informed by the party that the editor, co-editor and executive members of the national executive committee of BNP will participate in the mass march in Dhaka metropolis north-south.
