Obaidul Quader Communal forces are still bent on thwarting the victory: Quader
Dhaka, December 17: Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that even after 51 years of victory, this country has not been balanced yet. Victory could not be enjoyed. Still, communal forces are active in thwarting the victory.
Obaidul Quader said these to reporters after paying tribute to the martyrs at Savar National Memorial on Friday morning (December 16). He urged the supporters of the liberation war to speak out against them. Quader said that the victory of the liberation war has not yet been consolidated, a united resistance must be built against the defeated and non-communal forces under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Victory Day, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader spoke to reporters after paying respects to Bangabandhu's portrait in Dhanmondi.
