DU Hall DU hall will open in October after all the students get vaccinated against coronavirus
Dhaka, August 25: The residential halls of Dhaka University (DU) will be opened in early October, subject to the completion of coronavirus vaccination of students. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Provost Standing Committee of Dhaka University on Tuesday (August 24) evening.
After the meeting, Proctor of the University Prof. Dr. AKM Golam Rabbani said, "If our students can complete the coronavirus vaccination by September 15, we will be able to open the dormitory hall in early October. At the beginning of the final year of graduation and Masters students will be able to get up. Everyone will be able to get up in mid-November."
"If our students can complete the vaccination by September 15, then only in October will our hall open expectations or goals be met," he added.
