BNP Fakhrul has proved that BNP is Pakistan's agent: Information Minister
Dhaka, 18 September 2022 : Minister of Information and Broadcasting and Joint General Secretary of Awami League Hasan Mahmud said BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul's statement proved that they are agents of Pakistan.
He said, "The day before yesterday, Fakhrul Sahib said in his speech that Pakistan was better. In this he has proved that he and his party (BNP) are agents of Pakistan.
The information minister said these things while addressing the tri-annual conference of Upazila Krishak League at Rangunia Municipal Auditorium in Chittagong on Saturday (September 17) evening.
The Information Minister said that Mirza Fakhrul Saheb actually holds Pakistan in his heart. They are agents of Pakistan in Bangladesh. The country must be protected from the agents of Pakistan. If they get another chance, they will try to make the country Pakistan again. So we have to protect the country from them. Pakistani agents have no place in Bangladesh.
Hasan Mahmud said, today the farmers of the country are doing well. The people of the country are fine. The country is moving forward, that's why many people are upset. The whole world is praising Bangladesh today. Even Pakistan is appreciative. But many people are upset about it. And the leader of that upset party is BNP leader Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
The minister also said, Pakistan today looks at us with a sigh, former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has repeatedly praised us. Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is also praising Bangladesh. Praising Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh has gone far behind us. There was a storm of praise for Sheikh Hasina in a discussion on Pakistani television.
