Dhaka, August 15, 2021: Four fugitive murderers of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman will be brought back to the country soon and executed.

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal made the remarks while addressing a memorial service and distribution of food on the occasion of National Mourning Day at Dholaipara in the capital on Sunday (August 15). Shampur-Kadamtali Thana Jatiya Party has organized this program.

The Home Minister said, "They thought that once Bangabandhu is over, maybe everything will be over and Pakistan will be able to be established again." Their dreams were shattered when our Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned to the country. The tears in our hearts were the murderers who blocked the trial through the Indemnity Bill after the assassination of Bangabandhu. The trial of Bangabandhu's murder has also been done by our Prime Minister through his determination, efficiency and patriotism. He did not bow down with any bloodshot eyes or any fear or threat. He has judged them. "

He said, "The verdict of their (murderers) trial has been established. There are still four killers in different places. One in the United States (Rashed Chowdhury), one in Canada (Nur Chowdhury). We are in talks with the government there. We think we can bring them back very soon. We are also looking for the two (Shariful Haque Dalim and Colonel Rashid. We will bring them to the country at any time after identifying them and carry out the punishment.) Another fugitive killer, Moslehuddin, is thought to be alive. It is known to have happened."

The minister further said, "Before leaving for the 19-minute speech that Bangabandhu gave on March 7, Bangamata told him, 'What you have been holding in your heart for so long, what you have wanted to achieve through 23 years of struggle, what is coming from your heart today is you.' In his speech today, he will inform the people of the country. He did just that. '

‘We watched from a distance. Bangabandhu came. Bangabandhu started his speech after the speech of one or two people. Many gave him a lot of paper. Many spoke in ear to ear. But Bangabandhu did not listen to anyone. He said the words of his heart - the ones he believed in, one by one. '

Asaduzzaman Khan said, ‘This speech (Bangabandhu’s speech on March 7) is recognized today as one of the most important speeches not only in our country but all over the world. If he had said the words on paper, we might not have known this speech or the words of his heart. '
