Dhaka, 31 March 2024: Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Samant Lal Sen said he will try to deliver to the people of Bangladesh in the sphere of health.

"For this, we have to go down to the field so that we can show our capabilities by working less words," the minister said.

"After Eid, I will once again enter the field to improve the quality of grassroots healthcare. If necessary, I will go to remote villages. I will do whatever it takes to make the country's medical system accessible to people," he said.

On Saturday (March 30) at the Bangmata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Convention Hall in the capital, the Chief Guest spoke at the discussion program titled 'The Historical Leadership of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the Development of the Country' organized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

He says these things. Urging to come forward to realize Bangabandhu's dream, Samant Lal Sen said that Bangabandhu's dream should be fulfilled by working in the service of sick people by saying less.

Bangabandhu had many dreams about this country. He has fought for 23 years so that Bangladesh will be independent one day. The country of his long dream has become independent. But he did not get the opportunity to arrange the country as he dreamed. He was in power for only three years. Even though the country became independent after a long 9 month war, there was no wealth or money in the country. There is no sector where he has not started working with the responsibility of that famine-stricken country.

Highlighting the contribution of Bangabandhu in the health sector, the minister said that all the good initiatives in the health sector were started by the father of the nation. They were not implemented in the way he started because of various nefarious circles in the country.
