Own Correspondent, Dhaka, 6 March 2024: Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq sought the cooperation of District Administrators to reduce the tangle of cases.

On Tuesday (March 5) in the capital's Osmani Smriti Auditorium, the minister asked for this cooperation in the second session of the third day of the Deputy Commissioner's conference. He told reporters after the meeting. This working session was held with Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, Law and Justice Department, Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Department and Ministry of Housing and Public Works.

The minister said, "In my speech, I have first asked the DCs to help with the issue of cases. Let them cooperate to resolve the cases. The second thing I said is that there is an issue for everyone, especially the DCs, that there is a case against the Mobile Court Act. .We will take immediate steps to settle it and one thing has been clarified, that is sometimes if someone files a case in the High Court Division then the High Court gives an order to dispose of the application. In that case many times complications arise, it is too late without understanding the order of the High Court. The learned Attorney General, the Law Secretary, the Cabinet Secretary and I have said that the application should be disposed of or accepted if possible and if not possible then disposed of by a reply. Clarified Done. There was nothing more to it."
