Artificial Intelligence MTFE: AI-robots being used in investigation
Dhaka, August 31: Some sold motorcycles, some took loans from banks, some mortgaged land, or took a loan or sold cattle. Everyone wanted to become rich overnight. Foreign Exchange Group Inc. (MTFE) looted thousands of rupees by showing this temptation. The CEOs of MTFE are under surveillance by the law enforcement agencies. There have been a few cases. Artificial intelligence (AI) or artificial intelligence and robots are being used in the investigation.
Basically it is mobile based apps. Anyone can open an account by downloading these apps. Basically the transaction started after opening the account. On August 17, MTFE's app was suddenly shut down, causing millions of people to lose their invested money. On the contrary, their debt burden has increased.
Initially everyone who joined the MTFE app deposited 61, 201, 501, 901 or 2,000 dollars. Some even invested more than 5,000 dollars to earn more money. Although many people have lost their investment in MTFE, no one is resorting to the police. Because trading in crypto currency is prohibited in Bangladesh. However, some have dared to complain to the police. Based on the complaint, law enforcement agencies have already started an investigation. Thousands of crores of rupees have been smuggled abroad through this app operated from outside the country. The cyber units of the police are busy trying to find out how the money was laundered and Karaiba's involvement.
According to the police, registration on the MTFE app required mobile number, Bikash or cash number, bank account and national identity card number. Cryptocurrencies and dollars were traded virtually, but dividends were paid through mobile banking. Actions are underway to bring under the law those who opened accounts on the app with mobile numbers, bank accounts and national identity card numbers. For this reason, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) of the police is being used.
In this age of information technology, almost everyone is doing a lot of things online by downloading apps. The footprint of those who opened an account in the MTFE app remains. People who have given mobile number, mobile banking number, bank account and national identity card numbers in the app can be easily traced. In the meantime, cases have been registered in some police stations of the country. Artificial intelligence is being used to investigate the case. The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) continues to work on the matter thoroughly. CID's forensics has also started testing the MTFE app.
