Regarding the attack on the shrine, the minister said those who were on the side of Pakistan during the liberation war, their next generation are still existing. That is why occasional attempts are made to destroy communal harmony. "We have been living in this place for thousands of years in a bond of communal harmony, but some people want to create disturbances."

Those who do not want this country to succeed, those who want to gain political advantage by inciting communalism at different times, have made a vicious attempt to destroy communal harmony by making the attack during this Durga Puja.
