Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi's call not to shelter the killers of Bangabandhu

Dhaka, January 14: Nobel laureate Indian social activist Kailash Satyarthi has protested the killing of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in his family on August 15, 1975. At the same time, he called upon the people of the world not to shelter the murderers of August 15.

Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi, who visited Dhaka on Friday (January 13), made this call while visiting Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Museum at 32 Dhanmondi. He signed the inspection book.

Nobel laureate Satyarthi urged the world to ensure justice by punishing the August 15 killers.

Kailash Satyarthi arrived in Dhaka earlier in the morning. He has come to Dhaka to participate as the main discussant in the seminar on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the 31st BCS Cadre Association. Members of the association welcomed Kailash Satyarthi at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

The seminar will be held in the afternoon on Saturday (January 14) at Bangla Academy. Bowl song will be held later. Before that there will be drawing competition for children at Bangla Academy premises.

The theme of this year's anniversary discussion on behalf of the organizing organization is 'Will for Children'. From where on August 15, 1975, the killers of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's infant son Sheikh Russel will be brought back from abroad and the verdict will be enforced and the oppression of children will be stopped.

Kailash Satyarthi won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014. He was born on January 11, 1954 in Madhya Pradesh, India. Kailash left his job as an electrical engineer in the 1980s and became involved in the child rights movement. Founded the Bachpan (Childhood) Bachao, an organization that has so far freed more than 80,000 children from the slavery of labor across India. The rehabilitation and education of these children has also been ensured by 'Bachpan Bachao'. The man who worked for children for two decades also dedicated the Nobel Prize to children.
