Covid-19 PM Hasina urges citizens to protect themselves from Covid-19 during winter
Dhaka, November 7: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the people to protect themselves from the deadly coronavirus in winter. She made the call at the '49th National Cooperative Day-2020' celebrations and the 'National Cooperative Award-2019' ceremony on Saturday (November 7).
Sheikh Hasina said, "Winter is coming. The incidence of corona is increasing in winter, so you have to protect yourself from it. We have to follow the health guidelines that we have given. Many European countries have announced lockdowns, but we have not yet been able to control the corona."
Calling on the people concerned to work with sincerity and responsibility, the Prime Minister said, "The Father of the Nation has spoken about cooperatives in the constitution. Speaking of multidimensional cooperatives. I will eat alone - I will avoid this mentality, I will eat by myself, I will eat with everyone, you work with this mentality."
Calling on women cooperatives to come forward, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, “Corruption will be reduced a lot if women come forward. Besides, their families will also benefit a lot."
