Mithamain Cantonment PM inaugurates Mithamain Cantonment in Kishoreganj
Dhaka, February 28: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has inaugurated the brave freedom fighter Abdul Hamid cantonment in Kishoreganj Mithamain.
The Prime Minister inaugurated the newly constructed cantonment at Mithamain on Tuesday (February 28) at 11:22 am.
Earlier, Sheikh Hasina reached Mithamain from Dhaka by helicopter at 11 am. At this time, she received the state salute.
After that, the Prime Minister attended the inauguration ceremony of the brave freedom fighter Abdul Hamid cantonment built on 275 acres of land on the banks of Ghorautra river in Mithamain Sadar at around 11:15 am.
After completing the inauguration ceremony of the cantonment, the Prime Minister went to President Md. Abdul Hamid's ancestral house at his invitation, and attended lunch with the President after Zohar prayers there.
