Dhaka: Outbreak of coronavirus is feared to start in the second phase in the country. Due to this, it is becoming uncertain whether the educational institution will be opened by December. Health experts fear that the outbreak of the deadly virus will continue throughout the winter. And this has created fears about organizing SSC in 2021.

According to those concerned, Corona has caused extreme damage to the country's economy as well as the education sector.

Almost a year has already been wasted. However, to compensate for the loss, the government continues to provide online classes and television lessons, but a large part of the students are being deprived of that facility.

The second wave of Corona ahead will actually create new doubts about the SSC exam as well as the loss of teaching.

The pre-selection test for class X students is usually held in July of the year and the selection test in October. The pre-selection or half-yearly examinations of Class XII students are held in July-August and December.

Forms of SSC candidates are then filled in November and forms of HSC candidates are filled in December-January. Pre-selection exams for SSC and HSC candidates have already been canceled. Next year's HSC candidates did not even have the annual class XI examination.

These students have been given ‘auto pass’ based on the results of various class tests and half-yearly examinations taken at the college level in class XI.

Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee President Prof. Ziaul Haque said SSC examinations are held in February and HSC examinations in April every year. Coronation is closed. There is no opportunity to take direct test or class test. Due to this it will be difficult to complete the test on time. If the situation is normal, any decision regarding exams and classes can be implemented.

It is known that the second wave of corona will start in November, when the infection may increase further. Recently, the Minister of Education. Dipu Moni said that when the second wave comes, if the infection increases, then there are doubts about opening the educational institution. As such, it is uncertain whether the educational institution will open this year. Moreover, if there is an outbreak of corona in winter, there are doubts as to whether the educational institution can be opened at the beginning of the new year.
