Sheikh Hasina Prime Minister inaugurates VVIP lounge at Shahjalal airport
Dhaka, April 26: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the newly constructed VVIP lounge at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
She inaugurated it on Tuesday (April 25) morning before leaving for a pre-scheduled 15-day official visit abroad. At 7:45, the Prime Minister along with her entourage left for Tokyo, Japan in a VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
She will visit Japan till April 28. She will then visit the United States and the United Kingdom. On the occasion of 50 years of relationship between Bangladesh and the World Bank, she will participate in the programme titled 'Reflection on 50 Years of World Bank - Bangladesh Partnership' at the World Bank headquarters on May 1.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will leave Washington for London, UK on May 4. The Prime Minister is visiting London at the invitation of King Charles III of Britain.
