Own Correspondent, Dhaka, Oct 20: Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque said that there is always propaganda abroad. Some are trying to mislead people by spreading misinformation.

Cyber-criminals are not always controlled because they are out of the country. We will take a deeper look at how to take action against them, how to identify them, how to take further action.

Minister for Liberation War Affairs AKM Mozammel Haque said this after the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Law and Order in the conference room of the Ministry of Home Affairs at the Secretariat on Wednesday. Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan was present at this time.

He said, "We have recently seen the issue of money laundering from the country in the newspapers. They will be investigated. More than 700 money exchange people have been caught so far. Action will be taken against the culprits subject to investigation. In some cases, their license will be revoked. The investigation is on, who is smuggling what amount of money, and where he has smuggled it. Action will be taken after checking records and investigating."

The minister said that the law and order situation is satisfactory and normal. The Durga Puja ended a few days ago. Earlier, Eid-ul-Azha was beautiful and successful.

"We are most concerned about the Rohingyas. The government is aware of its inactivity in the border area. There are also some unruly people among the Rohingya, who are involved in the drug trade. So that they can be kept under stricter surveillance, control has been suggested today," he added.
