Nomination Form Sale of Awami League nomination forms to start tomorrow, will continue till Tuesday
Own Correspondent, Dhaka, 17 November 2023: Awami League will sell nomination forms from tomorrow Saturday to the interested candidates who are hoping for nomination in the 12th National Parliament election as per the schedule announced by the Election Commission. In a press release signed by the office secretary of the party Biplab Barua, it is said that from Saturday 18 November to Tuesday 21 November every day from 10 am to 4 pm the date of collection and submission of party nomination applications has been fixed.
It said that the candidates interested in getting nomination of Awami League should collect and submit the application form for party nomination from the specific booth according to the administrative department from the central office of Awami League at 23 Bangabandhu Avenue.
Nomination papers of Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet and Chittagong divisions and third floor of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna and Barisal divisions will be distributed on the second floor of the central office. Nomination papers of all categories will be collected on the ground floor of the central office.
Awami League nomination aspirants must collect and submit the application form by the candidate himself or through a qualified representative of the candidate without any additional gathering of people.
At the time of collection of the application form, the candidate must bring the photocopy of National Identity Card and 3 posts along with mobile number and current organizational identity must be clearly mentioned on the photocopy. Note that the nomination form must be submitted by 4 pm on Tuesday, November 21.
Meanwhile, in a press conference at the Dhaka district Awami League office in Tezgaon of the capital on Thursday, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that Awami League President Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the sale of nomination forms at the party's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue from the meeting of the Awami League's National Election Steering Committee formed on the occasion of the 12th National Parliament election tomorrow. will do
He said that the prime minister will be connected virtually to the central office from Dhaka district Awami League office. The sale of nomination forms will start from the next day on Saturday among the interested candidates of Awami League.
