Saudi expatriates are still protesting on the streets of the capital's Karwaran Bazaar, demanding tickets for Saudi Arabian Airlines to return to work quickly.

Their position started in front of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel from 8 am on Monday. Most of the occupants' visas will expire on September 30.

Hatirjheel police said many of the expatriates stayed at a nearby residential hotel at night. From the morning they started positioning outside the airline's office. However, they are on the side of the road and on the sidewalk. Traffic on the road is normal.

Meanwhile, according to the schedule of the authorities of Saudi Arabian Airlines, only those whose token number is 1900 to 2300 today will be given tickets. However, those with token numbers for the next 3,000 serials have also been crowded since morning.

Matiaz Hossain, an expatriate, said, "I work as an electrician for a company in Saudi Arabia." I returned to the country in February with a Kuwait Airways ticket. I was scheduled to return in June. I have come to Saudi to buy a ticket as Kuwait Airways has not started operations yet. My token number is after 3 thousand. I was called in the first week of October. However, I have been staying here for the last 4 days for fear of expiring my visa.

Meanwhile, Saudia and Biman Bangladesh Airlines have already taken various initiatives to bring back the expatriates. Both airlines have increased the number of flights. Biman has also announced a total of 12 special flights to 3 Saudi cities to repatriate expatriates.
