Dhaka, September 3: Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has commented that the final game will be decided in the next national election.

He said, "Mirza Fakhrul Sahib is damaging his throat while doing the agitation. But there is no tide in the dead river. Will the tide ever come? There is no history of ousting the government through workers' movements. People have not yet joined you outside the party leaders. Which mouth said the decision? The decision will be in the final game in the next national election. Then it will be seen who loses, who wins."

Obaidul Quader said these things at an event organized by Chhatra League at Krishibid Institution in the capital on Saturday (September 3). He spoke as the chief guest at the conference of combined private university branches of Chhatra League.

Obaidul Quader said, "There is a critical situation going on in the world situation. The whole world is in turmoil. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is the first head of government to say that people are suffering. That means he has accepted the reality. Still, the cries of movement can be heard here."

He said, "We know what cycle you are on the road now. Convicted money launderer, criminal Prince beckons from across the Thames. I don't know if that call made waves in the Thames. But there is no wave in Padma, Meghna, Yamuna. BNP's dry river has no tide. Shout as much as you can, the decision will be in the election."

General Secretary of Awami League said to BNP Secretary General, "Do you want to throw dead bodies on the streets by threatening them? You have entered the vicious cycle of dumping corpses. The opposition party could not do any movement separated from the people by throwing away the bodies. Remove the government? People respond, I don't see where. There is still no one to respond to the people anywhere. People do not fight with anyone. Your movement means fighting among yourselves. Your protest is the fault of the police, attack on the police. The attack on the police will not protect the police?"

Quader said, "You have blood on your hands. Mirza Fakhrul wants to warn you. 21 thousand Awami League workers, Ahsan Ullah Master, Manjurul Imam, Shah AMS Kibria, your hands are stained with their blood. We did not kill any of you. We do not believe in assassination conspiracy politics. Our leader has been targeted for assassination 20 times, but no one could kill Khaleda Zia. Whom do you slander?"
