Dhaka, November 4: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that she and her younger sister Rehana could not seek justice, while inaugurating the newly constructed Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court building in Dhaka, via video conference on Wednesday (November 4).

Sheikh Hasina said Rehana's passport had expired. They didn't allow its renewal. The verdict of our judgment cried in secret.

Addressing the judges, the Prime Minister said, "It is the right of the people to get justice free in a short time, at low cost. If you can get justice done quickly, at low cost, then people's confidence and trust in the judiciary will increase. Even though we have confidence, I would still ask everyone to pay special attention to this issue."

He said, "So many cases should not be frozen like this. Be a little sincere and take action on how to complete the trial of this case in a short time. Therefore, if any kind of cooperation is required, we will do it on behalf of the government. We do not want so many cases to fall like this. Since we are members of the legislature in getting justice, we are ready to make laws or reform laws or do whatever needs to be done. We are always ready to fulfill the responsibility that we have as a government."

Sheikh Hasina said, "Let the people of Bangladesh get justice, let the people of the country live well, live in comfort, live in peace, live in safety, get a better life. I expect that."
