LPG Price 12 kg LPG cylinder price reduced by Tk 76
Dhaka, March 3: The price of liquefied natural gas (LPG) sold in cylinders has been reduced by 5.05 percent for the month of March.
As a result, the price of LPG per kg reduced from Tk 124.85 to Tk 118.54. This month, the price of the most used 12 kg LPG cylinder has been reduced from Tk 1,498 to Tk 1,422. The price of 12 kg LPG cylinder has decreased by Tk 76 compared to the previous month.
This information was informed in the price adjustment notice of private LPG and autogas published by Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) on Thursday (March 2). This rate is effective from 6 PM onwards.
According to the new rates, 5.5 kg cylinder will be sold at Tk 652, 12.5 kg cylinder at Tk 1,482, 15 kg cylinder at Tk 1,778 and 16 kg cylinder at Tk 1,897. Also, 18 kg cylinder will be sold at Tk 2,134, 20 kg cylinder at Tk 2,371, and 22 kg cylinder at Tk 2,608.
Besides, 25 kg cylinder will be sold at Tk 2,964, 30 kg cylinder at Tk 3,557, 33 kg cylinder at Tk 3,912, 35 kg cylinder at Tk 4,150 and 45 kg cylinder at Tk 5,334. Reticulated LPG will be priced at Tk 115.31 per kg in March. The price of auto gas per liter has been fixed at Tk 66.22.
