Dhaka, March 22: The Ministry of Public Administration has issued an order appointing 2,453 people in various cadres in the 41st BCS. The appointment was made after the recommendation of the Public Service Commission (PSC).

The appointment order was issued on Thursday (March 21) from the new recruitment division of the Ministry of Public Administration.

The recruitment order has asked the recruits to join the designated office of the Ministry of Cadre Control by April 28. He will join the concerned ministry on that date if no further instructions are received from the ministry controlling the cadre. If he does not join on the scheduled date, he will be deemed not to have agreed to join the service and the appointment letter will be considered cancelled.

According to the order, the recruits will have to undergo basic training at public administration training centers or institutes designated by the government. After this training, you have to take professional and special training in job related institutions.

The order states that the recruits will have to serve as apprentices for two years, during which time he/she is considered unfit to continue in the service and can be removed from the service without showing any reason and consulting the PSC. The Public Service Commission (PSC) recommended 2,520 names for recruitment to the 41st BCS.

Earlier on November 27, 2019, PSC published the notification of 41st BCS. More than four lakh candidates applied for it. 21,056 aspirants participated in the written exam. After all the process, the final result is published on November 27, 2023.
