Dhaka, April 10, 2022: Awami League General Secretary and Minister for Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader has said that the situation in Bangladesh will never be like that in Sri Lanka.

Our capital account is not open, no one like Sri Lanka can send dollars abroad if they want to. If you want to send money abroad for education or medical work, you have to open an account and then send it. Many people talk about mega projects, Padma Bridge is not dependent on foreign loans. Sheikh Hasina is building the Padma Bridge with our money, not with foreign loans. There is no such big mega project with any foreign loan. We can show Bangabandhu's daughter to the whole world.
